2020 Clearer Vision (Galatians 6:11-15)

Roger Thrower, January 12, 2020
Part of the Clear Vision Series series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

1. God is most glorified when you are most satisfied in Him.
When you are not satisfied by Him, you belittle Him.
In fact, what you are satisfied by, you will glorify.
2. Boasting in the cross is the only way to become a new creation.
3. Deep change happens when:
A. Someone prays intensely for you.
Galatians 4:19 - my little children, for whom I am again in the anguish of childbirth until Christ is formed in you!
B. You are transformed by renewing your own mind.
Romans 12:2 - Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
C. You are transformed by beholding Jesus.
2 Corinthians 3:18 - And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
