Part of the Rising to the Challenge series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

To take back what the enemy has stolen you need:

1. To strengthen yourself in the Lord.
* 1 Samuel 30:1-20
* Pour yourself into worshiping God and memorizing his word.

2. To surround yourself with faith-filled friends.
* Mark 2:3-12 – Verse 6a – When Jesus saw their faith…
* Do not be deceived: Bad company corrupts morals. 1 Cor 15:33

3. To fuel your new nature with God’s grace.
* John 1:14-17 - verse 16 p For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.
* Ephesians 4:17-32 – Grace empowers us to not sin
* What shall we say them? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it? Rom 6:1-2
