Christ Is Our All Sufficiency (2 Corinthians 3:5-6)

Roger Thrower, February 22, 2015
Part of the Life in the Word Series series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

When have you ever been sufficient in your own strength for this walk you are called to in Christ Jesus?
CHRIST IS ALL SUFFICIENT FOR:

1. OUR SIN.
* Colossians 2:13-15, Isaiah 1:18, Psalm 103: 10-12, 2 Corinthians 5:21
* In order to be cleansed from our sins we must be first be convicted of them and then confess our sins to God to receive His forgiveness.

2. OUR SUFFERING.
* 2 Corinthians 1:3-12. 1 Peter 5:6-10
* And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

3. OUR SALVATION.
* And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
* …if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
* Revelation 5
