Jesus Imparts Faith (Luke 8:40-56)

Part of the Following the Amazing Jesus series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

Apply these three truths to stay in faith:
1. Believe Jesus.
a. Fear of loss
b. Watched God bless someone else
c. Hope shattered
d. Put faith in Jesus
What is your baby? What is your trial?

2. Use the little faith you have.
Jesus came to overthrow fatalism with faith.
19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said,
“Why could we not cast it out?” 20 He said to them,
“Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you
have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this
mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and
nothing will be impossible for you.” Matt. 17:19-20

3. Do not worry about tomorrow.
33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness,
and all these things will be added to you. 34 “Therefore do
not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be
anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Matthew 6:33-34
10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am
your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will
uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ Isaiah 41:10
